[Of course by 'just checking', she's actually coming over. If your door wasn't opened, it now just crept opened and now a familiar Pokemon is standing in front of the door. I think Pikachus are smart enough to open doors anyways.]

[Vinnie didn't really lock the door anyway. He was at the computer, but quickly turned his attention to the door when the Pikachu poked in. He was surprised to see her drop by so soon, but it wasn't an unpleasant surprise.]
