Characters: Crazy Kirby, Gigi Luigi What: Kirby goes after Luigi to retrieve his necklace and bag of candies. Where: A Rose Garden When: some time during August 1st Rating: PG-13 for fighting/violence, not guaranteed of no swearing.
Luigi sat near the entrance of the rose gardens, alone and feeling pretty miserable from a stomach ache. He woke up feeling like he was going to puke, and found a mass of candy wrappers on and around his bed and an unfamiliar necklace on his bedside table.
He couldn't remember much of the night before, but he knew he had done something to someone after Luigi had gone to sleep (as he liked to do). He may not remembered what he had done, but he had a sad feeling he knew who the necklace and candy had belonged to.
He was in the garden trying to think of what to do (maybe just leave the remaining candy and necklace in front of Kirby's dorm door?), and trying not to move else he feared puking, and wasn't expecting anyone to be looking for him. . . .
Seeing that the other looked like he was preoccupied with something, Kirby decided to keep quiet and entered the garden. If he were his normal cheerful self, the place may have been a fun place to be in, but was he? No.
Ugh, why pick here to hang around in out of all the places on campus? Kirby thought as he crept up to Luigi from behind.
When he was right behind the other he gave the other a light shove.
He cried out and though the shove wasn't really THAT hard, Luigi still toppled forward, stumbling clumsily to his feet as if trying to escape some terrible danger. He spun about and relaxed slightly upon seeing Kirby--but then remembered that he had probably (not-really-wanting-to) stolen things from him in the night, and he tensed up once more, preparing to flee if need be.
"He-hello, Kirby~" he greeted with a weak grin, trying desperately to sound normal and cheerful, but probably more than a little shaky voiced.
Kirby couldn't help but snicker as he watched the green-hatted one stumble around to regain his balance. He folded his arms across his chest and smiled with his toothy grin, amused with how scared the other could get from a simple shove.
"Hi, poyo." He perfectly knew that his grin was something his normal self wouldn't do, but he couldn't keep himself from being amused of the sight.
"I... 'lost' my necklace and a bag of candies yesterday. Do you know where they went?"
He started apprehensively at the grin Kirby was giving him. After learning Kirby had been the one behind trashing his room he had just assumed he had merely just taken a turn for the mischievous, but that grin was a little too disturbing for something like that. Great, now he'd be dealing with two insane personalities here--he had a feeling this wasn't gonna end easily.
He tried to keep his eyes from glancing furtively at his bag by the bench he had been sitting on where he had stuffed the necklace and last bit of candy as he debated on what to do with them.
"Th-that's terrible, Kirby, I-I-a dunno what coulda happened," he answered, his voice at first betraying his sincerity, but he concluded with a sharp edge to his voice, "gee, maybe it was the same guy that took my pots awhile back?"
