"...I'm sorry." She laid there for a couple of minutes until she calmed down, finding she enjoyed it more just holding him instead of trying to compete all the time. Not that Samus would ever decline a challenge when presented... She, in fact, probably would have been very content to just lay there all morning like that, but that would be wasting a good opportunity, that they were here together at these hot springs for just this weekend.
Feeling a small sense of relief/motivation she found a small smile, and scratched Snake's head as a silent gesture that she was going to let go, get up and get out of bed. "I'm going to start a pot of coffee..." She slipped off the side of the bed, not really caring she was currently dressed in just her skivvies [hell, how was it much different than a bathing suit or bath towel anyway?] and slinked off to the suite's mini kitchen, "...you want any?" she called out from the other room.

You have nothing to be sorry about.
When Samus left the room, Snake buried his head in his hands. SHIT SHIT SHIT
I kissed her?! That was my plan? What happens now? You'll do something to mess it up, and she'll never speak to you again. She was the closest thing to a colleague you had in this place! What an idiot...
"Shit...I need to get something to drink."
He mumbled this, aware that Samus probably wouldn't hear him, and did what he does best-snuck out of the hotel room, not realizing that this would only anger her as he had feared.

"You know... we need to figure out what horrible thing we're going to do to Otacon for this..." She opened up and poked through the various cabinets and drawers, not having much luck finding anything--not even snacks or dry food. "I can't decide if we should kill him first or..."
Unfortunately for her, Snake was long gone before she finally walked back out again and realized she was just talking to the air.
"......................thank him."
Well shit. Killing Otacon seemed like a VERY good idea right now.
She stood there feeling like the king of fools for a minute before composing her plan of action and growled darkly, "Snake, you coward." Samus wasn't going to leave it at that, she had a feeling there was more to this unannounced disappearance--She felt guilty, like it was her fault. She felt twisted inside, and hurt.
...And felt incredibly mad. At him. For running away. Like a coward. She expected better from the infamous Solid Snake, and yet... she totally understood why...
She did not let the coffee she started go to waste, got dressed in her swimming attire and prepared to find her prey the old fashioned way, knowing attempts to contact her two targets via codec would be unsuccessful... and that she would rather confront them in person anyway. Both Snake and Otacon were huge cowards in her book right now, and both were in desperate need of a firm backhand to the face ....and then some.
The hunt was on.

But the door seemed to be opening prematurely, so Jolene took a moment to panic. "Oh shit!" she giggled before sprinting away, hoping to avoid whoever which ever S-named-person was coming out of that door.

If she did notice the bottle, OR Jolene in hiding, the pirate woman would have been immediately added to that 'seek and destroy' list Samus had going in her head right now.
However...
Hopefully by the time the flustered bounty hunter returned to her room, things would be settled and the champagne could be better appreciated and put to good use.
Hopefully...
[[Sorry Jolene! ;_; Sam'll make sure it won't go to waste later Sunday night, one way or another.]]
