What: Impromptu jousting? Seriously, Marth is training horseback. And generally just showing what makes him such a capable leader.
Where: The Stadium

Lances and polearms had never been his forte. From the first moment he'd lifted one and been unable to wield it properly, Marth knew that weapons of that classification were not for him. Instead, he stuck to one-handed and broadswords. The problem was that with such a glaring weakness, Marth's talent for jousting was entirely nonexistent. In Akaneia, he'd sat them out and instead preferred to vicariously live through the actions [and injuries] of others.
In Smash Academy, Marth had been in need of something to occupy his time other than classes. The holidays were upon them and while he necessarily would have returned home to spend it with his family, he had already told his sister he'd had no intentions of returning. At least, not without Midna. Just once. He'd take her home to meet his sister, Maric, Jeigan, perhaps some of the other knights, and that would be it. (Sheeda was, of course, somewhere in there, but he imagined that particular meeting would be quite brief.) Of course, this had all been in his plan up until the wall had been planted.
And now he was a simple man with his patience being tried. His worries and concerns, however, had taken a lot of the enjoyment out of what he ordinarily would have liked.
Atop a white horse, Marth swung his sword out as he passed by the various obstacles that he'd set up. Just because nothing ever came out - like dragons - didn't mean that his skills had to be rusty.
