VIEW FROM SECURITY CAMERAS, EVERYDAY badasscopters September 10 2011, 00:40:21 UTC
[Goose is in the security guard office, watching all of campus on his monitors to watch for any suspicious activity. You know, his job.

What horrors will he find?!]

[[ consider this like a mini-security log in a log. SORT OF. because i've missed those. :c ]]

Well, Wario was back. Oh joy of a thousand joys. His WarioWare company was on the fritz, as half of his staff left. Of course, it wasn't his fault that the company was all Wario's idea and he deserved the money. But, that's fine. He had "teaching" to fall back on. Of course, he knew he wouldn't do any of the work, but hey, it was money, right?

So he was back on campus, wandering the area and looking for his dorm. He had no idea that a security camera was probably watching him, so he pulled out a clove of garlic and happily munched on it. Ah, sweet bliss. Nothing tasted so good.

Well, that was a face he sure hadn't seen in a long time. Goose had to blink for a minute to see if he was just seeing things, but nope. There's Wario, and he remembers him. He remembers that very... very garlic-smelling guy, once turned into a kid when he was, during which they built badass sandcastles. They were very badass.

That was in the past, though. It's time to focus on the present. He slipped into the hallway and traversed to where he last saw him.

"Heeeeeeeeey?"

Wario turned at that voice. It was... that pilot guy. The guy who built sandcastles with him when they had been turned into kids. He remembered this guy not being too bad, so good, at least he came back to campus with a familiar face he didn't hate.

"Uh... Hey! It's... you!" Of course, Wario couldn't remember the guy's name.

Oh, yes, there he is, and he recognized him! ... Sort of! Maybe! Who knows!

Goose approached, but only slightly. He wasn't about to get close enough to take a whiff of... oh, never mind, he could smell Wario anyway. Gross.

"It's Goose. Y'know, that guy who builds the best damn sandcastles on any beach. Remeeeeeember?"

Wario laughed at Goose's assertion. The garlic fumes emanated from his mouth as he laughed, and he went up to Goose and slapped him on the back. He was probably uncomfortable with that, due to his halitosis.

"Ha ha, of course I remember! Except you're wrong; I'm the guy who builds the best damned sandcastles anywhere."

Oh that. That is gross. Oh god garlic breath. That smelled horrifying.

Regardless, he forced a confident smirk. It definitely looked forced. Goose hates garlic smell, okay? Okay.

"Reeeeeeally? Is that... a challenge?"

He had to hold back a gag.

Poor, poor Goose. Wario was completely oblivious to the smell of his rancid breath, and if told, he would probably shove them off. So Goose unfortunately had to put up with Wario's garlic-eating habits if he stuck around.

"Well, if you want it to be, then yeah! It's on!"

Oh. It is so on.

Goose gave him a thumbs-up. "Stadium. Right now. Stage changed to my home turf. Think you can handle it?"

He's betting that he can't.

A challenge. Right now. Wario hadn't been exactly expecting that, but he didn't particularly care either way.

"Of course I can handle it. Let's DO THIS."

He was Wario, and he was gonna WIN.

"Fine, fine. I'll see ya there."

Goose headed off in the direction of the Stadium. With Birdman wings, he easily got there within a minute or two and changed the Stadium stage to very closely resemble Holiday Island, just smaller. The beach, however, was exceptionally bigger to allow for sufficient Sandcastle Challenges of Awesome and Garlic.

And so he waited, sitting down in the sand and splashing some water on it to prep it.

Wario trudged off in the direction that Goose headed, but he was exceptionally slower due to both his girth and the fact that he lacked wings.

So maybe about ten minutes later, Wario showed up at the Stadium to find a beautiful scaled-down vacation island with plenty of sand to spare.

"Ha! Lots of sand to build lots of sandcastles! I like this!"

He should have brought his bathing cap.

"Thanks, Captain Obvious. Sure didn't know that yet."

Goose snickered and patted a spot next to him in the sand.

"C'mon, or I'm gonna get started without you. You like the island?"

He's very proud of his homeland.

Wario did like the island. It was a nice place and he could easily see himself relaxing by the beach on a hammock with a pina colada served in a coconut shell.

"Yeah I like the island! I want to set up my summer home here!"

Well, if only Wario had a summer home. Or money to afford one. Truth be told, he probably did have plenty of money, but the thought of spending it would break him.

Wario took a seat next to Goose where he had motioned. "All right!" he shouted, "Let's get this thing started!"

And so, he began clumping up some sand.

Goose couldn't help but laugh a little.

"Shit. Well then," Goose began, taking some sand and shoving it together. He began to pat it into a square and work around it to turn it into a cylinder. He'd make this amazing.

"I can always give you directions. It's Holiday Island. Ever heard of the place? I lived there all my life."

Wario worked up some of the wet sand into some clumps, forming a couple of small rectangular pillars. Hmm... no, that wouldn't work. He had to form some sort of a base first. So, he scrapped it and and started over, forming a couple larger squares.

"Holiday Island?" he answered, "Never heard of the place. Sounds fancy, though." And if it looked anything like Goose's simulation, it was fancy. And Goose was pretty damned lucky to claim that as his hometown.
