Headmaster's Open Ceremonies Speech
[As usual every year, the entire group has been called to the school's open stadium where headmaster hand gives out his speech. He is dressed up in his traditional garb and in human form. You'll notice new faces, old faces and some...faces you might have seen somewhere else]
Ladies, Gentlemen,
A very warm welcome to Smash Academy's stadium. As usual, this has been an exhilarating and challenging summer and the new year begins with the usual speech.
I continue to be immensely proud that Smash remains a vibrant school with its unique family feel. It is a school with big expectations and here it is the individual and not the class that counts! Our ethos is clear: you are here to learn not only the skills you need for tomorrow but how to defend yourselves as well. Our approach is unique. Each and every pupil is helped to be successful and it matters not one iota whether that success lies in the field of drama, comedy, art, music, sport, beating each other up or academia. Find that special something within yourselves: nurture it; foster it; stimulate it; boost it and eventually comes to fruition. This is not Rocket Science!
A special thank you to the Game Master School District, and it's head of office, Miss Lana who works tirelessly for the schools involved, monitoring the curriculum. In that regard there is something I must tell you in a few minutes...
But at this point, I must reiterate that the success of all our pupils has depended on the support of the teachers, the industry of the pupils and the dedication of all the staff. It is most assuredly the combined effort of all the staff with the support of the office and domestic staff that has given you pupils the most fantastic and privileged education.
And with the college wing, we have opened the possibility of our school to continue on forever enhance our student's learning in ways never before possible. In fact, it's been used as a model by the other schools.
It is then, with great honor that I announce to you that superintendent Lana has approved an exchange program with both Capcom High and Squareenix Academy. Starting this school year, you are allowed to move from one school to the other and enhance your studies. Students, staff and teachers are encouraged to do so whenever they wish.
We already have a few Capcom High staff and students amongst you already, as some of you may have noticed coming into the stadium today.
In closing, I would like to share with you the words:
As you take flight, may you contribute in your own unique way to the building of the world, and may you do so with integrity, courage, power, wisdom, and respect. Continue to make us proud of you.
And in the words of Crazy, “It's all good!”
