[Oops sorry, guess there was a Pokemon again. And what do you know, the Charizard is distracted poking at a crab nearby]

[[Oh, Prof. Oak is here, too; she hasn't seen him for a bit, so she comes over. Seeing he's busy though, she watches patiently, not wanting to interrupt. Oh man he draws really well.]

Riley was awestruck. He wasn't entirely sure how he made it to the stadium but he was having a look for potential training areas and suddenly SAND EVERYWHERE.

But suddenly he was walking around rather confusedly and he saw...

No, it couldn't be. Was that the real Professor Oak in... Riley wasn't even going to try and comprehend the shirt he was wearing. It was different to all the pictures he saw of him on TV, in his white coat looking austere as he lectured about Pokemon.

Riley was going to try to be brave, so as awkward as he looked and felt in his blazer and his hat, he approached the drawing professor and cautiously waved a hand at him to gain his attention.

"I don't mean to be rude and interrupt, but may you be the esteemed Professor Oak?"

"Riley of Sinnoh."

He tipped his hat to Oak respectfully. Riley was nervous and for good reason - firstly he was suddenly thrust from one situation to another at breakneck speed and it was uncomfortable and secondly it was Professor Oak. Professor Oak.

"I'm very honoured to meet you, I've seen you on the television a lot as a kid."

Impulsively, Riley peered at Oak's aura. There would have been a brief flash of blue in Riley's eyes if one looked closely. He saw a man tranquil and keeping himself content with his craft.

"Umm... yes." Riley was being socially awkward again and he knew it, especially the fact that he had subconsciously turned off the aura vision. He tapped the point of his foot against the sand nervously.

"I apologise for interrupting you and hope to see you again sometime." With that Riley quickly skittered away, with another polite lift of his hat towards the professor.
