[It was a shame that the picnic had to be postpone some time after a large chunk of the school being affected by... chickens. Now, however, he didn't have to worry about that. With his hand cured and the issue slowly fading out, it was finally time to have some fun.

As promised, N brought only four of his team members. Swoobat was left behind for Lyra's sake, and Klinklang, the Pokemon who never really ate, stuck with the bat.

N didn't know how to make much food, but he felt that bringing something along had to happen. He brought some berries picked from the greenhouse, a small pitcher of apple juice, and a bag of candy. It was not a picnic without some sort of sweets.

He approached with Zoroark, Vanilluxe, Archeops, and Carracosta following behind. Once Lyra was in his sight, he waved cheerfully.]

[Cue some energetic waving. She's already very obviously fascinated with his four; her free hand's diving into her bag, looking for her Pokedex. Seeing so many entirely new kinds of Pokemon... it's a feeling a little like when she took her first steps into the unknown with a tiny little Totodile.

Rui, Tavi, Flynn, Janus and Xatu are already out of their balls and ready to go, though only the Furret and Dragonite also bother waving. Flynn settles for a ladylike nod, Rui is far too busy being a giant alligatorbeast, and Xatu is imitating a lawn ornament.]

[OH MY GOD. They all looked so beyond precious. That, or they just looked awesome in the case of Pokemon that would probably not be considered cute. Xatu may be a Pokemon that comes off as creepy to some, but N doesn't know how to interpret creepy. Thus, Xatu, too, falls under the precious category. Lucky him!

Zoroark keeps a wary stance, not approaching the blanket until everyone else did. Carracosta gave a curt nod, whereas Archeops squawked in greeting.

Vanilluxe, however, flew straight for the picnic basket and tried to stick his head inside. Oooh, new hat.]

Just now? Aha. That's a funny coincidence. [He handed out everything he brought.] I got a few things. It isn't as much as you seemed to get, but... hopefully it will suffice.
