This was a strange one... he didn't look human, but certainly wasn't like any Pokemon the Ivysaur had ever seen. Still, throwing acorns at humans was enough to take the stranger off his shit list.

From the base of the tree there was a low growling sound, an inflection of curiosity rather than aggression for. From Skull Kid's vantage point, the Ivysaur was pretty visible as he approached - like a large, walking flower.

"Sssssaur." What the hell're you?

Skull Kid leaned over and stared down at the big talking flower. Or, at least he thought it was talking, if hissing were supposed to be talking.

He threw an acorn at it.

The acorn bounced off his leaves harmlessly. It wasn't very effective... He grumbled, a little annoyed.

A long tendril snaked out from beneath his flower, reaching towards Skull kid. If he wasn't going to come down, then he could always be dragged in the coils of the Ivysaur's vines.
