What: They're gonna make a cake. God willing.

When: Wayyy futuredated to Valentine's Day. (Don't worry, there's reasons for it. %);; )

A look into the past: Goose wanted something a little different on Valentine's Day, he realized as he paced in his office for a brief moment. He was tired of just giving Surge the usual gift or outside date. He felt like he could have done something a little different, something with more pizazz and more spark (no pun intended). His mind reeled, yet all that came from the cogs within was dead air. Nothing would produce.
Until he went to the cafeteria that afternoon and helped himself to a brownie. It was then that it hit him.
Fast-forward to the present. Goose was going along with his plan. He was going to try to make Surge a cake before he got home. He was getting the ingredients all laid out. Of course, he wasn't going to frost it with gross, vile Valentine's Day colors. Reds? Alright. Pinks? No. That was disgusting, and he was not going to go through with that. Chances were that Surge would appreciate the lack of girly shades, too.
What was Goose's plan? Well, let's just say he had some frosting that he'd added food coloring to. Green food coloring. Possibly not the most appetizing color, but he felt a camo cake might be kind of nice. It was Surge's favorite, not that Goose could possibly fathom why he liked it so much.
Surely Surge wouldn't be home much earlier than Goose expected at all! Or would he?
