Although Paula had asked Wave for help, she didn't even know what questions to ask. Should she explain the situation first? What if Wave just brushed off her concerns as her being silly?
No, Wave wouldn't do that. Paula was honestly fretting about the matter at hand. Wave wasn't the sort of person to just wave things off like that. Paula trusted Wave. That was why she asked the older girl for help. Shaking her head, she attempted to firm her resolve. But as she stood before Wave's office door, her stomach started doing flips again.
Knocking gently on the door, she creaked it open and peered in.
