Cyrus stands against the wall, watching this man. What in the world was wrong with him? For starters, giving the students such an open-ended assignment was simply inviting trouble.

Oh yeah, and then there was that he seemed sick.

Bill unknowingly, non-verbally invites Cyrus to his next classes because Cyrus is probably 110% more right about anything Philosophy-related than Bill and might actually succeed in teaching the students something real if he decides to chime in.

And Bill does not recommend hard liquor to Cyrus. This earth alcohol, man. It's, like, whoaaaa.

But Bill is not telepathic, so this comment sorta doesn't exist.
