• The library opens at 8 in the morning and closes around 5 in the evening. They're both in and out throughout the day, but mostly in. The library is closed on Sundays.
• If you want to eavesdrop on a thread, we'll talk. Otherwise, just assume no eavesdropping.
• Solo logs/threads where you don't want EVA or Ocelot to bother you, just add an OOC note.
