Who: Sonic, Ampere What: Stadium meet-up and BATTORU. Where: The stadium pffff. When: January 12th, Wednesday Warnings: Fighting. Not much more than that. 8U Chili dogs with ketchup.
What a coincidence. A blueish blur appeared behind her, hitting a nearby sandbag.
"Ah ha! It's been a while since I did this!" It appeared he liked to talk to himself while doing so. He twirled a chili dog in his hand, before tossing it into the sky. Another burst of speed and the ten or so sandbags near him all flew in different directions from the force of his kicks and fists. And he get back in time to catch his prize, eating half of it in one gulp.
And so, all Amp could do was stare in absolute amazement. Did he really do that?! He just sped like a blur and got all those Sandbags pummeled in a flash! Amp was quick, but not nearly that quick!
She transformed and jogged right up to Sonic, her face showing clear astonishment. "How did you do that, chu?!"

"Oh hi!" He finished the last remaining piece of his meal before speaking again; talking with a full mouth was oh-so-impolite. "Do what? You mean hit ten targets simultaneously while throwing a chili dog in the air and knocking all of them down before the gravity effected the chili dog?" Modest. So very modest.
"It's something I've always been able to do, I guess. They don't call me the speedster for nothing."

"Really!" Amp approached him and kind of just... stared at him up and down. It's seriously innocent staring. She is looking for anything that causes speedster things. No such devices were located on his person.
"Could you teach me how to run like that? I can run really fast, too, but not that fast! Like this!"
Zoom. Have a Quick Attack for you to see, Sonic. It is a little fast, but probably a thousand times slower than you are.

"Sorry kid, but the speed's just something I learned to do naturally. I don't think you'll ever be able to go fast as me as hard as you'd try." Hey, at least he was being truthful. "But!" He rubbed a hand under his chin. "Practice can make you faster. And I supposed I could be a good teacher."
He looked at her with a small grin. "What's your name, kid?"

Amp gave him the biggest and brightest smile, looking at the strange blue hedgehog with an intense amount of admiration. Her teacher! She sure had a lot of teachers at this rate, right? Well, that's what a school is for. Amp accepted that.
"I'm Amp, chu! Hi!" She placed her hands on her hips. "You could really be my teacher?! I'd like that a lot! Bunches!"
"Amp. Not a bad name. Okay Amp, I know you already showed me how you run a bit, but I want to see you at your fastest. Show me what you've really got! Give it your all!"
Bam, Amp transformed back into her Pikachu form and took off like lightning (pun may or may not be intended). She made zig-zags, a characteristic technique used in a Quick Attack, and ran as fast as she could around the stadium.
Honestly? She could do this all day. Well, okay, maybe not, but it felt like she could at that very moment. She felt so alive!
And Sonic couldn't understand anything if she tried to speak. So he merely gave her the universal sign of a thumbs up at her display; honestly she really wasn't bad at all and all of the fast Pokemon were interesting in their own way. Not as fast as him, of course, but he was Sonic! Fastest thing alive, you didn't get the title from being second best.
"Okay let me show you something..." He held out his fingers and made a countdown to five. Four. Three. Two. One.
He tore off, away from the school to the chili dog stand in the middle of the city. His main man, always glad to see his most paying costumer, already had a dog ready for him. After all, Sonic tended to be predictable in his chili dog routines. No need to pay, it was already done, and he returned holding it like a proud trophy...all in the span of ten seconds.
Amp was just staring in amazement. Pure and unadulterated amazement. That was... beautiful. If only she could be that fast! Were these how fast evolved Pikachus were when they became Raichus? The very thought just gave her chills. What if she got that fast upon evolution?
"That was... amazing, chu!" HUGE WIDE EYES that were now human again just stared at him even more. "You went to the cafeteria and back?" At least, that's what she assumed. Did Nancy even make chili dogs in the cafeteria?
"Nope! I went to the city..." he explained, pointing into the direction of it. "I told you. Fastest thing alive. I don't brag unless I really mean it." He looked down at his own chili dog. "Do you want one too?"
Amp was basically dying to see it in action again. Perhaps with a little more up-close and personal.
"Sure, chu! But first!" She pointed to his back. "Can I ride with you?! So I can see how it is, chu!" If she wanted to be as fast as this as a Raichu, she would clearly have to get used to it one way or another.
"Sure but you have to promise to hold on tight. Maybe it would work better in your animal form too," he explained. "The less I have to carry, the faster it is. Not that you'll notice that much difference. But I will."
Amp was quick to hop onto Sonic's back after a quick POOF. Instead of a big old human sitting on his back, he only had a tiny yellow mouse clinging onto his hedgey quills. She was ready to go!
"Chu!" Basically an 'oh!' of realization. Amp moves over to the ground again and walks up to Sonic's front. She waves her arms in the air, as if saying, 'Carry me, Sonic. CARRY ME.'

"Yeap. Still got it."
