It had been a while! Geeze, she was getting butterflies in her stomach, as she passed the scenarios over and over in her head. It wasn' like Lash to get fidgety but one small mistake and... she didn't want to think about it.
As she waited for her opponent to arrive, the wunderkind adjusted all of her school-approved bazooka on her back, and the blasters on her sides. More armed than anytime during the wars, Lash was no fool. Metal Sonic was a pretty fierce opponent and the only way she could stand a chance of winning was playing this cool, and having a large supply of guns, bombs and the middletank which sat in the middle of the stadium.
Oh and hopefully she would be favored by this high item drop rate. It was worth a try, at any rate. Green Hill Stage seemed like a good meeting ground against him (he clash against it, teehee!) so she picked that too. He might argue against it, but Lash would take anything that could potentially be in her favor.
Now it was only a question of waiting.
