How in the world did she get into this mess? Not as if she would complain, but just yesterday she was living in a straw hut and hunting small animals for food. Now she was in a school. A school! It was bigger than a castle!
When the headmaster (a hand!?) found her and explained what the deal was, she immediately accepted the offer to attend classes. An opportunity to become stronger? As if Lyn would pass that up.
She spent most of the day wandering around campus and trying to familiarize herself with it, but alas. Mostly she just spent her time boggling at stuff like lightbulbs and doorknobs. And keys! She got a key. And a roommate! A princess, even. Once she finally found her way to the dormitory (wow, fancy words she was learning, here) and to her room Lyn figured she should probably introduce herself. Knock knock, dear readers. Knock knock.
