"Dammit..." Snake muttered.
He motioned to Falcon, who currently had Samus in his arms, so follow him out of the hole made in the wall back onto the flyer.
"Let's go, come on! I don't want to meet that chimera again!"

Samus blushed and snarled Snake's comment, but it was a bizarre snarl of delight and annoyance, and it looked positively wicked with the trickles of blood accenting the corners of her lips. What a fucking asshole! The sarcasm in her voice was unparalleled, though she was still clearly grinning, "Glad to see you have your eye on my cleavage instead of on your ENEMY, Snake!" The sentiments weren't lost on her however... She probably would have made some sort of playful comment herself, if the roles were reversed here...

Even more grateful was Samus when Falcon came and ripped her free of her bindings; tentacles, and operating table straps and all. She hunched over and gasped for air the first chance she got, and instinctually went to cover her chest with her arms even though she wasn't fully exposed. She felt exposed

Snake scoffed.
"I figured, considering the state you're in."
He honestly felt bad about giving her such a verbally hard time at the very moment for their reunion, but if he didn't act like a smartass...he might have come off too concerned. He could barely look at her as it was, he felt the crushing pain of guilt that he didn't get there sooner.
I can't believe...I let her get that hurt. I was supposed to be her partner...
The three of them left out of the hole in the wall, climbing back onto the Falcon Flyer, where Falcon set Samus down for the time being, to get the flyer to start up again.
Snake took that opportunity to look her over some more.
He frowned, feeling that bile like wave of guilt again.
"Hey. I'm sorry...I should have done something more when they took you away. I should have. I was supposed to have your back."

As Samus settled into one of the Flyer's chairs, feeling like some helpless rag doll with life-like bleeding action, she frowned. Snake... She didn't entirely want to be an asshole to Snake either, for the same exact reasons. But... for those same reasons, she was going to return fire.

"You did something useful."

There was more of that cocky, arrogant grin on her face as she held out a slightly trembling hand to ask for it back, "You didn't loose my gun, rookie."

Snake actually found himself laughing.
"Rookie? Did you see me use your rocket launcher against Yokuba? I catch on pretty quick."
He took Samus' gun out of his holster, and placed it in her hand, holding it there for a few moments longer than necessary, because, as he told himself, he had to make sure it didn't fall out, he didn't really expect her to be that stable. But maybe that wasn't really the reason.
"...Good job. You're a trooper, that's for sure."

"Pffft." Samus would have laughed too, but her whole body was still feeling rather sore and she decided to stick with grinning like a fool in love, "Yeah, yeah. I saw. Not bad, Snake." She let her hand linger before taking her gun back and inspecting it for damage... just in case.

"How'd you get out that bottomless pit of a basement anyway...?" She coughed, though, it was thankfully devoid of blood this time. "Was it Falcon or...?" She still felt like they weren't out of the woods yet, and left Otacon nameless, but obvious to who she was referencing.

"YOUUUU" a voice shouted. From below the Falcon Flyer, red electricity shot into the air. Chasing the Falcon Flyer was the Spider Mech, taking flight with its legs folded beneath. Porky was lying down in the glass capsule, with a disturbed, manic look in his eyes. "You... You won't get away from me!" Porky yelled, zooming straight for the heroes' ship. Within mere seconds, Porky was on the Falcon Flyer. He felt a horrible anger towards the heroes at this moment. They actually had the balls to infiltrate his grand utopia and attack his home and now, they were going to pay the price for all of this. "I'll destroy this ship of yours and take you all down with it... Of course, I can't die... You've all seen that!" yelled Porky. Using his mech's legs, he started slashing through the Flyer again and again and again.

"WATCH OUT!" In the blink of an eye Otacon stopped laughing and becameSRSZ BUSINESS deadly serious, trying to stay calm from the sudden appearance of the pig king. "It's like I registered two blips!...maybe his machine is alive...I just don't know what to think anymore! Be careful everyone!" trying to keep his spirits up he also added. "Mr. Falcon, I might need additional help to repair your Flyer if this continues..."

As the Flyer was suddenly rocked and jostled by the impact of the the Spider Mech landing on the back end of it, Samus flew clear out of her chair and into Snake. "Augh!" Yeah, REAL smart Sam--forget to buckle in! "What the fucking hell was that!?" She already knew the answer, and was sincerely hoping it wasn't in the spidery form she was already acquainted with...

With each layer Porky was tearing apart, the closer he got to destroying the entire Flyer. There's no way they could survive a huge burn and fall like this; however, Porky was able to, so the pain was a sacrifice he's willing to take to see them die. Maybe after that, he would reanimate their bodies using his technology. "I'm going to tear you guys apart limb from limb... So get out of there and let's make this quick!" yelled the Pig King, now shooting red electricity from the Spider Mech's mouth. There was absolutely no way he was planning on losing right now.

Swiftly, Porky's mech jumped from the Flyer and started taking flight on its own again. "Now a rat comes out to fight. Kya, hah! Bring it!" yelled Porky. From the back of his mech, he started firing Porky-Bots at the Flyer. These Porky-Bots he summoned all landed safely on the Flyer and each got ready to explode. They didn't care whether or not the enemy was there, but if they took out the Flyer, then they could finish the entire battle. Laughing softly to himself, Porky's mech flew around the Flyer, waiting for another attack. He would then be ready to make a swift, hard counterattack.

Samus popped halfway out of the hatch, two guns in hand and firing away at the oncoming Porky-Bots in order to give Snake cover. While she reloaded one gun she was firing her own, which would never run out of ammo. However, when she got any available chance, she would charge it up as much as she could, taking pot shots at the Spider Mech as it hovered nearby, just barely out of reach.

Snake fired at the rambunctious mech, but became aware of the worst kind of thing coming over him, a very distinct sense of rage. He found himself getting closer to the mech than any rational person would do, and found himself getting distracted by the firing of Samus' gun. He couldn't believe he let her get captured. They were supposed to work together, and he let her down. He was being blinded by confusion and fatigue, which let his guard down significantly. And then...

The mech simply took the shots there and took the damage, but it wasn't enough to take it down. Porky, again, laughed at the heroes efforts, but not before performing one more attack. "Here, let me show you the power the Pig King weilds!" he yelled, charging as fast as he could back at the Flyer. The mech's legs folded themselves together and swiftly, Porky started shooting thin rays of electricity at the Flyer and the fighters. While Snake was distracted, one of the rays were shot at him. It managed to strike his right eye. A direct hit...
