Don't think so, Bo Diddley. Your music sucks and everyone in the surrounding area knows it, especially Swellow, whose patience and temper can be measured in milligrams. Unfortunately, its audacity and guts could be measured in lakes, so it wasn't beyond this bird to put aside whatever it was doing to skirt across the wind on arrow-shaped wings and divebomb this very offensive guitar, trilling a long series of shrill notes in protest.
Toes hooked on the neck of his precious instrument, Swellow began beating his wings and pecking its owner. Let go of that guitar! This was war!

Whoa where did this bird come from and why was it trying to peck his eyes out. Oh wait, the window was open. Oops. He swapped at it, trying to get it away from him and his precious guitar.
"'EY!! GET OFF OF ME!!" He yelled as he swung his guitar around. He clicked his tongue in frustration when he saw this bird wasn't going to let go any time soon, and unleashed his Thundershock attack at it.

BZZT
Okay, so it was enough to detach Swellow from the guitar. The great swallow Pokemon let go and flapped his wings in a frenzy, shocked to find that this human here could send electricity from his body. But that was not enough to deter this bird. He swooped again for the guitar and tried to plow his beak through the body, determined to silence the irritating racket.

Zapdos ducked just in time for the bird to fly past his precious guitar. Okay this bird was ASKING FOR IT. He laid low as placed the guitar onto the floor and shoved it under the bed so it'd be harder for the bird to try and break it, and then he transformed back into his original form.
He gave a loud squawk as he raised his wings, letting electricity shoot out in all directions.

Something Swellow was NOT EXPECTING! Whoa huh whuh electric humans transforming into giant electric birds...? It was a disguise!
Confused, he darted around the room in circles, eying the legendary bird Pokemon warily. Some of the electricity had zapped him momentarily, but did not completely arrest him. Swellow couldn't put a wingtip on why this bird with the jagged feathers gave him such a startlingly deep impression, but it was as though he immediately sensed its profound importance.
But even that did not quell Swellow's insane amount of pride and valor. He may have been intimidated, but he would not yield and look like a coward.

Provoking the legendary Zapdos? Was this bird that confident with his skills, or was he just stupid? He narrowed his eyes and used leer and crouched low, his body starting brightening with electricity charging up, tiny lightning sparks coming out from all over his body.
YOU BETTER KNOW WHAT YOU'RE ASKING FOR!!
And then he used Discharge! Multiple bolts of lightning struck out from Zapdos, shooting into all directions across the room.

It was at this time that Falkner had reached the source of turbulence. He'd been letting his Pokemon roam free around the wide expanse of campus after class. On the back of his Pidgeot for quicker and easier travel, Falkner wanted to know what was bothering Swellow so much, and he followed Pidgeot's keen eye once the swallow Pokemon had vanished completely.
But Pidgeot jerked to a halt in midair, pressing his hackle feathers close and pumping his powerful wings as he hovered there close to the student dormitory complex. Falkner peered over the bird's head, gently pushing his flowing crest aside for better visibility, and almost stopped breathing when he spotted an electric charge consuming one of the rooms through a window. No wonder Pidgeot was nervous...
"It can't be... Swellow isn't in there!" he whispered, not wanting to believe the signs. What was going on in there? He had never seen such a potent shock...
"Swellow!"
It was obvious at this point that the bird in question had been effectively decimated by the electricity. Swellow was downed.

That's what you get for provoking an electric type, dude. Zapdos bristled his feathers before preening them a bit, feeling refreshed for doing such a strong attack. The room...wasn't so much in a great shape, though. At least the more important things like his computer were turned off and didn't get shorted out...but it might be better to be left alone for a while.
He didn't want to be in the same room as this unconscious annoying bird, though. Since the window was open, he decided to leave that way. With a few flaps, he flew up into the air and flew out of the room through the window that was probably broken from the lightning strikes.

And then all of Falkner's questions were granted answers. It was Zapdos flying out the electrocuted dorm's window.

ZAPDOS?!
ZAPDOS?!?! The mythical thunder bird of legend... Some even doubted its very existence, and yet here it was, rising in the air above him... Was there space for doubt? No. There could be no mistaking it. Zapdos was here. At this crazy school. Mentions of Arceus being here stumbled through his head, and now Falkner wasn't so uncertain anymore.
He stared up at it with his mouth hinged open, captivated by unparalleled awe. A mixture of wonder and fear churned inside his chest. "Zap...d" was all he could breathe. Falkner was paralyzed! It may not be able to move!

He watched it fly away, pretty much admiring every glittering flap of its wings.
Once he regained common senses, he thought about Swellow's predicament, and the light, wondrous feeling lacing his heart plummeted. That was his next course of action: saving Swellow and getting him healed, fast. The entire time he went to his rescue, thoughts of Zapdos continued to buzz through his mind.

If he can't make noise in his own room, then he'll just have to go to the place that has musical instruments.
