Where: Somewhere on Campus! IT'S SO SPECIFIC~

It was a fairly warm day on campus, and the wind was nice and strong... this was perfect map-making weather! After all, it took a nice strong gust to carry Tingle around the school in his customized balloon-backpack. Sure, there was always the chance that he'd get blown into a tree or a building or an airplane, but that was a risk he was willing to take for his work! He'd already made a detailed map of the campus, but he hadn't had much opportunity for mapping out the actual building. To do the inside, first he had to scale the outside, which was what he was doing now!
With his funny green suit, ink pen, and sketch pad, Tingle was minding his own business sketching a map of the campus grounds when he saw it. Something wasn't right...! He'd made maps of this area before, and there was never something in that spot right there before! HE HAD TO INVESTIGATE~ And so, deflating some of the air from his balloon, he made a slow decent towards his target!
