2009 Halloween Spooktacular!
Who: OPEN LOG
What: The SECOND ANNUAL HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR!
Where: The Theater/Auditorium
When: Wednesday, October 28 in the evening
Warnings: It's SPOOOooooOOOOOoooOOOKY!
As you enter the auditorium, you'll notice that it's just as done up as it was last year. Fake spiderwebs, coffins lining the walls, and skeletons and ghosts hanging from the ceilings. Most noticeably, however, is the stage itself: several fog machines are running full strength, and the creepy mist is pouring across the stage and into the first few rows of seats. In the middle of the stage is a huge wooden gurney with a large, white sheet covering it... and something that appears to be a body. It's like something out of a mad scientist's lab!
There's also some appropriate music:
Just like last year, attendees will notice large bowls spilling over with candy at the ends of every aisle.
At seven PM sharp, the lights dim and thunder echoes throughout the building. A strobe light on stage goes off to add to the atmosphere as the gurney begins to rise, and the sheet falls off, revealing none other than Madame Flurrie in her costumed splendor:
"OH~HOHOHOHOHOOO~! Good evening, everyone!"
"Welcome once again to the second annual Smash Academy Halloween Spooktacular~! I hope you're all prepared for another evening of fun and fright! And I do hope you've brought your very best spooky stories and costumes, because it's time to show everyone how scary you can be! So without further ado, let's get started! Who wants to go first?"
