King Boo had told Luigi the name of the ice cream shop, so they could meet there. It was about 2 PM in the afternoon, and the sun was providing enough heat to make it a nice day for ice cream. King Boo hovered over one of the seats outside the shop, awaiting the green-clad plumber's arrival.
