Who: OPEN LOG!
What: THAR BE MONARCHS IN THE SKY
When: After class until sunset or so; Thursday October 15th
Where: All over campus; mostly on that plain, grassy make-out hill the school sits on.

And so it was said, or.... rather it wasn't said but thought telepathically to everyone in the school the arrival of the migratory Monarch butterflies had finally come, courtesy of one mysterious Asian anonymous. Whether the mental invitation was heard by all or not did not matter to the Prince of Dalaam as he was here perched not surprisingly on some high part of the school's roof to enjoy the fluttering insects. It was so serene, so peaceful... ideal for meditating!
The once-a-year only sight was one to behold as hundreds of thousands of Monarch butterflies traveled in the sky over the school. Most were just out of arm's reach but it wouldn't be unusual to find large patches of them resting on the ground like a living, breathing carpet. They didn't seem afraid in the slightest bit either and had no qualms with landing harmlessly on the occasional person or inanimate object if they were still enough. Some of them were actually magic butterflies and would restore your PP if they touched you.
There were so many that the sky was tinted orange long before sunset.
