Goose was only slightly observant right now as he sipped and slugged down off of his can, nearly done with it himself. All he knew what was going on right now was that the carnival looked amazing and the lights were WONDERFUL and oooooh the fireworks, he loved those, and ew what was that smell, Daroach did you smoke that is very gross. And wait who were these little squeaky voices.

... Oh! It was that guy's kids. Ohoooo boy, this would be interesting. He definitely seemed to think so if the sly smirk on his face would be any indication.

"Don't call me Toothpick Man, and we'll talk," His grin didn't leave his face when he kneeled down to face the little mouse twins. "This's beer, see?" He held up the can closer to their faces.

Of course, it'd be a dumb move to blatantly give the tiny mice something to drink. He didn't mind the idea of underage drinking (c'mon, he drank at 14), but that would be a bit much. But riling up Daroach sounded like a fun and amusing idea, so why not feign things a little bit and make a false move? Making it look like he was giving them something to drink when he really wasn't going to.

He wound up thinking this was a good idea. Asshole.

"Ya'll can get plenty of this if daddy dearest won't mind it none," He gave 'daddy dearest' a devious look that said 'aww yeah I'm going there that's what happens when you mess with me hahahaha'.

Goose, Goose, Goose... It's one thing to get back at Daroach on your own, but getting his kids involved is a very bad move. You wanted riled up, you're gonna get it and then some.

Goose was soon met with the tip of his scepter nearly touching his nose, its holder being a very pissed off mouse who isn't afraid to make a scene. Get ready for some death threats and colorful language, Goose.

"Give them a sip of that shit and I'll freeze your motherfucking brains out." he said threateningly, the jewel already glowing a bright blue with enough power to actually do that very thing. Don't push him Goose. It's taking a great deal of self-control to not do it on the spot.

"But Daddy, Mr.-" One of the twins spoke, but stopped when Daroach gave them a look telling them to keep their mouths shut.

"Adrian, Adriana. Behind me, NOW!" He growled, expecting to be obeyed without question. And they did; in fact, the twins were already behind him before he could finish his sentence. Unlike Goose, they know when not to cross the line. All they can do now is watch and hope that no one gets hurt.

Any person would probably pause on spot and probably try to frantically weasel their way out of something like this, especially considering that scepter of Daroach's. But with Goose, it was different.

He wound up laughing.

"Hahaaaa! Hey, hey, calm down, ratty! I was kiddin'!" He got back up to his feet and finished off the can. He waved it around with his fingers and smirked. "See? Gone. Underage drinking's fine with me, but these things're practically BABIES."

He tossed out the can, thinking this was just too funny. This mouse dude was oddly hilarious when he was mad.

"Bullshit!" Daroach spat, steadily losing control of his temper if he haven't already. His parental instincts tells him to wipe that smirk off of the pilot's face, but the only thing's keeping him from doing so is his twins. They do not need to see their father commit a murder in the carnival.

"Fuck with my kids one more time, I swear to god...." His body is literally shaking. Whether Goose was playing around or not, what he did was beyond idiotic. If you want to live to see your next birthday Goose, reconsider messing with Daroach's kids.

"Daddy..." The twins whimpered. They're literally scared out of their wits now.

"Caaaaalm it, it ain't like I was really gonna do it," Goose shrugged nonchalantly, as if what he did really wasn't a big deal. He swiped up another can and popped it open.

"'Sides, looks like your kids ain't happy that you're mad at 'Toothpick Man', anyway," He grinned and gestured towards the cowering twins behind him.

Daroach turned to his twins and noticed them shaking in fear. He silently cursed to himself right after. This wasn't supposed to end like this. They were supposed to have a fun and PEACEFUL 4th of July, which didn't happened at all. He'll make it up to his twins somehow. But for now though, he needs to calm himself down.

The jewel on his scepter turned back to its original color as he lowered it down, no longer pointing it at Goose. He put it back inside his cape as he turned away, kneeling down to comfort his children via patting them on the heads.

"Shhhh, it's alright. Daddy isn't mad anymore." He whispered lovingly to his twins who nuzzled against his hands, squeaking softly. "Let's go home. It's past your bedtime."

"Awwww..." Both Adrian and Adrianna let out, pouting. Daroach gave them a half-smile. From the looks of it, they don't seem too afraid anymore.

"You need to get some sleep if you want to go to the carnival again tomorrow."

The twins' eyes lit up. Other than recently, their time at the carnival was very fun. Of course they want to experience that all over again.

"Yay!" They cheered, showing their happiness by jumping about. Daroach then stood up, but not before giving Goose a hard glare. Fuck you Goose for pissing him off and ruining his twins' fun in the process.

He then floated away, gesturing his little ones to follow. He'll blow off some steam later tonight once his kids sleep. He still wants to choke a bitch.
