Adeleine was making her way down the path to the park, keeping an eye out for Mir. She'd been thinking about spending more time with him, she wanted to check up on how he'd been doing after that huge mess of a war awhile ago...but was there other intentions? Mmmmaybe, but she wasn't exactly aware of it herself. As she continued onward, she spotted the gloompuff and waved.

"Mir!" The Artist called out.

Mir caught sight of Adeleine waving to him and perked up immediately, heading over to her. "Adeleine! There you are!"

When he reached her, he paused for a moment. "So, um, shall we get going then?" He asked shyly.

"Yes, sorry I'm a bit late," Adeleine smiled and began to walk forward, signaling for him to come along. "Right, let's go,"

"Okay." Mir nodded and began to follow her, as they walked, Mir wondered if they should talk about something, but he wasn't sure exactly what they could talk about. He tried not to fidget as he thought.

Adeleine knew exactly what she wanted to talk to him about, actually, and when she noticed he wasn't going to come up with some small talk anytime soon she took it upon herself to start up a conversation.

"So how have you been doing recently?" She asked, slowing down to walk next to him.

Mir looked up for a moment before looking straight ahead. "Oh, I've been alright, I guess. Classes have been going well so far and nothing major's happened recently."

"That's good...Have you recovered well from the fight?" It was an odd, and probably touchy, subject to bring up. Not only that but the war had been so long ago...she just never got the chance to check up on him. She hoped he'd understand what fight she meant.

"The... fight?" Mir looked up at Adeleine, a bit confused for a moment. Then he realized what she was talking about.

Oh... That. He'd been hoping she'd forgotten. "Oh. Yeah, I'm alright now."

At the very least, he wasn't letting it bother him anymore.

"Good, I was worried." She smiled a bit before focusing her attention on the path ahead. "You seemed upset about it.

"It was... a bit of a shock to have to fight him again so soon." Mir admitted quietly. "I'm okay now though."

"That's good to hear," Adeleine smiled and looked at the puffball. "How have your studies been going?"
