Characters: Mewtwo, anyone else who feels like dropping in. What: Video game setup~ Where: Mewtwo and Roger's dorm When: June 18th, during the day Rating:
Pichu poked through the hall, until coming across Mewtwo's dorm. She cleared her throat and straightened herself out. She wasn't wearing her whole uniform; she wore just the pants and scarf, the button shirt replaced by a purple spagetti-strapped tank top with a skull on the left breast.
Pichu was carrying a bag; in it was her DDR mats and various games in the series, in case Mewtwo was interested. She reached up and knocked on the door. "Yo!" she called out.
"Yo!" Roger called back to Pichu, who was standing in front of his door. "I take if you're going to be joining in with the game night? Awesome, I just went out to pick up a couple extra games myself. WOAH! DDR? I've never played that before! Wicked awesome," he said excitedly. "Well let's not keep you waiting," he laughed, as he slid the key into the lock, gave it a quick twist, and opened the door.
He briskly walked in with a hop in his step, up to Mewtwo, who was playing on his Gameboy. "Sup Roomie? You ready to get your butt kicked at Marvel vs Capcom?" he said with a huge grin.
Mewtwo's ears perked up at Roger's voice. "Please don't tell me you're trying to make me believe you'll beat me at Marvel v. Capcom." He smirked. "It's a specialty of mine, but please, if you're willing, we'll give it a try." He was being falsely cocky, he had only played it a couple times really, but how different could one fighting game be to another?
Competition gleamed in his eyes. Roger pointed at his room mate, "Oh it's ON now!" he proclaimed. Roger nudged his foot beneath a nearby controller. With expert aim, he flung it just high enough into the air to be caught with one hand. He pointed the controller at Mewtwo. "Prepare to be owned by the ultimate team of Spiderman and Megaman, dude!"
Roger really wasn't one for video games, his time was normally preoccupied by other things. However, fighting games were one of the few things he would indulge himself on, and although he wasn't exactly great at the game, he wasn't bad at it either.
Pichu chuckled. She'd watch the boys play first, curious to see each skill. (Though, she would honestly be watching Mewtwo most of the time.)
"Marvel Vs. Capcom? Sounds interesting." she said, placing her bag down and sitting next to Mewtwo. "I haven't played too many fighting games...besides the Soul Calibur series, really." she admitted.
Pichu smiled at the horned boy. "Yeah. You've never played DDR before? You...you're so deprived." she said. "I have like, 10 different versions in my bag. two dance mats, so we can go head to head."
Pichu's face reddened slightly when she noticed Mewtwo. "H-hey Mewtwo." she greeted.
Mewtwo turned from Roger to Pichu, giving her a shaky grin. He was still getting used to putting himself out there to new friends. "Hey, Pichu, I see you brought DDR! This should be good, I want to see how good you are, I've heard tales of your mastery." He chuckled.
