[Master Hand is on a podium giving this. The room is darkly list, but large enough to fit the entire school's staff and students inside. It doesn't seem to be used very often, what with Crazy not being a huge fan of motivational speeches like his brother. Still, apart from the dust it seems to be on good shape.
Master Hand starts speaking after a few minutes of silence, after mostly everyone has taken seats.]
Students, teachers, friends, fellows, countrymen,
In this solemn hour, we have to prepare for war.
This is of the highest moral value because we have an entire city, whose co-operation is indispensable. It will need to be evacuated starting tomorrow. We are prepared. It is not common knowledge, but Smach Academy's basement is actually much, much deeper than you might all think. There are hidden bunkers that go deep in the earth. For years, they've been stockpiled with food and water, in case the entire town needed to be evacuated. I believe this was something Tabuu first worked on when he was mayor, and we'll put it to good use now.
Sumabura was built on this foundation - you are all here because you are gifted individuals with your own fields of expertise. It is with your help that the trial and tribulations of modern war can be endured and surmounted. We will need all your skills if we are to win this battle. As I look at all of you, it is hard to imagine what I am asking of high school students. But this is the nature of war, and while certainly nothing like I would have liked on the curriculum, I have faith that if we all work together, we will prevail. All I ask of you is to do your best, in whatever aid you may bring.
Outside, the drums of war may grow and the lands may be lashed with the fury of its gales, but in our own hearts this Monday night we must be calm. Our hands may be active, but our consciences are at rest.
Obviously, we can't just all do this without guidance. Looking at everyone's files, I looked at all your field experience and picked out the individuals best suited for the task of leading.
You may know that some individuals have already fought in wars. They have experience, that will be critical to this one. I'd like to take this time to thank Generals, Kanabei, Nell and Hachi for their help in this war, both monetarily wise and with supplies and war machines.
Your War General is going to be Olaf. He will be in charge of overseeing the entire war effort. Olaf will answer to me.
The Air Field Marshal, I leave to Wolf O' Donnel. He shall be in charge of commanding the aerial attacks.
The Ground Field Marshal shall be Surge. He shall be in charge of the field battles.
The Water Field Marshal shall be Lugia. He shall be in charge of protecting the rivers and the lake that border our city.
Head of security is Rouge. She shall also be your Communications General.
Your Head Commanding Officer will be Jake. While he is new here, he was a Head Commanding officer during a major war last year.
Your Head Mechanic and Repair expert will be Andy. You are to report to him for making upgrades on your ships, or what have you.
Your Weapons Experts shall be Lash & Shyguy General. They will be in charge of all the weapons you might use for the war effort. Report to them with what you have and what you need.
In addition, the Commanding Officers, Max, Grit, Sonja, Sami, Lash and Andy will be aiding in whatever they can. As I have mentioned, they have already fought in wars. Go to them for guidance and help. I've been told they also have special powers when it comes to fighting during wars. We will utilize this to the fullest.
Head if the healing ward will be Ms.Birdo. There will be beds to rest, special potions for healing, everything to keep you all in shape.
I've also been given word that Dr.Stewart who briefly visited here a while ago, shall return to aid Ms.Birdo in this task. Report to them should you get any injuries.
Tabuu shall be cheering for us. Unfortunately, he has been put in lockdown, should the war reach the senate. They have to prepare for battle there as well.
I have little doubt that once we start evacuations, they foes realizing something is happening and will try to attack us as soon as they can. Be ready.
Sumabura, let us help Final Destination in its greatest time of need.
