Hoji had come out to explore the icy areas around her, curious as to what kind of Pokemon may be loafing around the area. Maybe she'd find some Swinub? Or a Dewgong or two? Maybe even a Smoochum?!

Squealing, she charged out into the ice, her feet immediately meeting the ice... and making her skid all over the lake.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

... finally, she fell right on her poor Bulbmin bottom. "... THAT HURT! Bad ice!"

Bulba winced slightly when Hojita connected with the ice. Not that you could tell, what with all of the layers he had put on before adventuring outside. (She had burst into his room earlier with every intention of dragging him outside to look for wintery pokemon, and he had made her wait however long it had taken him to bundle up. What an awesome boyfriend.)

He tentatively stepped out on to the ice and sort of waddled over to her to try and help her up. Somewhere behind the scarf Roselia had given him came a muffled, "Are you okay ba?"

And then came the shout from the lake's edge, and before Bulba knew it there was a great purple presence next to them and.. well. The surprise made him teeter over on to the ice too. "..Ba!"

Hoji could only watch as her 'boyfriend' had stepped out onto the ice carefully, hearing out Bulba's somewhat distorted voicing of concern. She looked up at him and prepared to reply to him, until... she was cut off by a loud cry. She could only watch helplessly as Ulty had slid onto the ice and... wound up right next to her on his poor butt. "Uhm! Hi Ulty! Are you--..."

... and then she trailed off as Bulba had fallen right with them both. Well, that was... definitely not a success.

"Um! Um! It'll be okay! Hold on, I'll help you!" But as she tried to wobble up onto her feet, she began to turn around to face them and... fell yet again. "OW! I don't like ice at all!"

Bulbasaur had so many layers on that he honestly hadn't felt the fall that much. After he realized properly that he had just toppled over with them, he couldn't help but laugh a little.

Looking at Ulty, Bulba gave him a grin that he couldn't really see behind his scarf. "Don't worry about it," he said cheerfully. He took advantage of the shoulder being offered to him though, latching on gently and (attempting to) pulling himself up to his feet again. The ice threatened to do him in a few more times, but Bulba managed.

He turned to Hoji, offering her a mittened hand to help her up too.

After Bulba had fixed himself up onto his feet, Hoji looked over at Ulty. And then Bulba. Then Ulty. ... And finally, decided to extend her left hand to the grass Pokemon before her, with her other hand on Ulty's shoulder for more leverage. "Thank you BOTH!!"

It took her a little while, and she nearly fell flat on her bottom again, but she finally got up onto her feet... just barely. "There!!"

... then she remembered something. "Oh! Bulba! We should both help Ulty up!" She offered her hand to the Ultimate Chimera to help aid him up onto his feet, as well. Might as well after he had help both Bulbasaur and herself up onto the ice.
