Visiting Falco

Characters: Krystal, Falco, Torchic, and whoever else is at Falco's dorm.
What: After the cafe, Krystal and Torchic go to visit Falco at his room.
Where: The Cafe to Dorm BE 1
When: After the closing of the cafe.
Rating: ...I'm gonna go with PG; Falco will probably try not to curse around Torchic. XD

Krystal followed Torchic out of the garden and to the dorm. She hoped that Falco was alright enough to deal with visitors.

She knocked on the door. "Falco?" she called out.

"Ugh..." Falco rolled in the bed and kicked the sheets off. Not that he had fallen asleep yet, but really, he didn't think many other students would bother to come at this time of night to their room. Not even bothering to check who it was, he opened the door. "Yo?"

Diddy was already asleep, but had awakened at the knock.

He kept himself completely submersed in his sheets. "No no strip poker, Kazooie! Go away or I'm gonna Tell Banjo when he gets here!"

Falco laughed, "It's not Kaz! It's some sane girls!"

Krystal smiled at Falco. "Hello. Me and Torchic wanted to stop by. A-are you already in bed?" she spoke.

Torchic shyly peeked at Falco from behind Krystal.

"S-Sorry, d-did we wake you, Falco...?" she asked worriedly.

His eyes widened in surprise and he blinked a few times-he hadn't expected these girls to be dropping by this late.

"Was already in bed but I wasn't asleep." Falco shrugged and motioned towards Diddy, "Can't say the same for my roomie, though." A laugh.

"So, what brings you ladies here 't this hour?"

"W-We heard that you w-weren't feeling well lately. So... I-..we wanted to see if we could c-cheer you up... I-I brought some presents for you!" Torchic stuttered, still standing behind Krystal. She held out her blue rose and a doll resembling herself towards Falco.

"T-There's cheesecake as well... P-Peach-nee helped me make it." Torchic began turning a soft shade of red.

"O-oh." So that was why they came there-for him and his sorry current existence? "Well, well, ladies, 'm flattered!" He smiled, though it looked a little tired.

"Huh, fer me?" Falco took the rose and doll from the girl's hands carefully. A doll. Of herself. And a rose. A little... fruity for a guy to receive these kinds of things, but he accepted them-the girl was just too cute for him to receive and besides, it was the first time someone had ever at least bothered to give him such nice... cutesy... things. The rose was interesting, though-it must've been specially cultured on campus, he knew he had never seen any roses quite that... badass-looking.

The avian stepped away from the doorway. "An' cheesecake too? Damn, you guys are goin' all out t'night, aren't'cha? Y'wanna come in an' hang?"

"I-I hope that...since I can't be a-around much, t-that doll can cheer you up a little in my place," Torchic said stuttering while blushing. Glancing up at Falco, Torchic slowly moved away from Krystal's back to stand beside her.

"I-Is it really okay to come in? Y-You look tired..." Torchic said softly. She grabbed onto Krystal's arm for comfort.

Krystal smiled down at Torchic. "Well, he IS inviting us. Do you want to go in?" she asked her roommate.

Torchic looked down and blushed.

"Y-Yes...I want to go in..." she said subtly.

Krystal smiled. "Alright."

"Well then! C'mon in!" He waited for the girls to come in before shutting the door, then finding a plastic cup and filling it with water. It was a ghetto vase but... "Eh, it'll do," he said.

Falco pulled the blanket back over his bed and smoothed it out before sitting on it. "Go ahead and sit wherever's free." He set the doll of Torchic on the nightstand by his bed.

Krystal took a nearby chair, sitting in it. Looking around the room, Krystal was...rather surprised by how neat it was. The only other guy's room she had been in was much messier in comparison.

Surprisingly enough for a street kid, Falco usually kept his things in order, possibly part of a bird's nature to arrange the nest or preening or something. It irritated him, seeing his stuff all over the place, so he neatly arranged it all every once in a while.

"So... cheesecake?"
