(no subject)
So I got this job a couple of weeks ago at that clothing store I interviewed at. I thought is was going to be pretty great. Boss seemed night, my requested number of hours seemed to jive with her... I like selling clothes more that I like selling yogurt, pizzas, or burritos! What could go wrong?
Yeah. The twenty-something general manager never got the fuck over high school.
I had to have two "talks" with her the last shift I worked. One because she was convinced I was cockin' attitude with her and another because she took me off of the schedule for Friday without telling me at all, and that's kind of aggravating when... You're down to one day a week as opposed to two, even.
I just got a voice-mail from another employee at the store (not the manager!), telling me that I've also been removed for tomorrow. I'll get a call when I'm back on the schedule.
What? Seriously?
I'm either really passive-aggressively fired, or... Probably inadvertently going to quit.
Is it possible to find a job in which the person in charge of you isn't some brand of moronic psycho? I mean, I've had a couple, but... Those people were also students and understood my position, etc.
aaaaa;asdf Fuck my ranting, but dude. I'm just really tired of being treated like an idiot when I'm not one. The world drives me crazy, sometimes.
Slightly related note: To teach crochet and/or knitting at Micheal's, you apparently need to get certified. This costs money. fml. BUT MAYBE I CAN DO THAT IDEK.
