Miranda was a whirlwind in this chapter! I imagine that if something this awful happened to her family she would actually blow her top like this as opposed to her usual calm, scary manner.

Her confrontation with Alex was also really well written so I'm looking forward to reading more soon. :-)

nicely done. i can practically slice the tension Ms. Priestly created in that scene. it is highly believable for her to lose the ice queen image when it comes to her children/family.
