Rent Survey

Since its been a while since I've paid rent:

Bill and I are thinking about renting our house since the market is dismal. In an effort to ascertain going rental prices I was wondering if you would mind sharing the amount of your current rent, whether or not utilities are included, how many bedrooms, and what part of town you are in? I would appreciate any info I can get.
