Thank You Science Friday!
So now my fear of honey bees disappearing has been compounded by an apparent shortage of helium! Apparently we look to the middle east for producing that as well, and we aren't producing enough to keep up with demand! Can you imagine a world without party balloons and squeaky voices? I surely do not want to. Helium also cools super-magnets and MRI machines - but really people, where would we be without party balloons and blimps!
