Wow, I haven't done one of these in years.
The first 3 months of the year were really boring and mundane. Nothing new or exciting happened that I can recall. I was ending relationship with Gail, but I was in the old rut of the same old same old. Things didn't changes until late March/ early April. Then I decided to make some lifestyle changes. I started treating myself better. I started exercising and eating right. This really had a positive effect on me. From there I decided to compete in this activity called the "Warrior Dash". That really changed the rest of the year and probably years to come. I "dislocated" (broke) my ankle. So the rehab process and the continuation of dieting and self-betterment has become the focus for the 2nd half of the year. I still have more goals to reach, but I can not reach them until I get back to 100%.
Hopefully 2012 will bring more success for me, and maybe something else cool will happen.
