Last days at Central Benefits
Yippie, tomorrow is my last day at central benefits.
I never thought I would be so happy to see a client contract completion. As a consultant, I usually expect my contract to be extended and feel sad if they don't but this one is quite opposite.
I am happy they are not extending my contract further, as it is, I have been extended like 3 times now, I am mentally ready to leave this place. This is one place I have outlived all the other IT people in the department. I am the last man standing here. Sad in a way, but glad its done.
Looking forward to other projects and new technologies...
I just got a meeting requst to go out to lunch with other guys in the company for my last day! I picked a local italian..I will let you know how it goes.
