Everything comes out in the wash

Work has been good.  We just got this new Thunder Interactive Flipchart system which is probably the coolest thing since sliced bread.  Seriously, it rules.  I got volunteered to be the point person for this and I'm leading a huge training session next week (sooo nervous).  I'm learning a ton and definitely thinking architecture may be a good career for me.  Starting some fancy classes at Rice soon (hopefully this summer) so I can start acquiring credits so maybe I won't be in grad school for 3 whole years ($500 to learn how to use AutoCAD, shize!).

Melinda and I hang out a ton and it's a blast.  Though we've started saying the same thing, at the same time, in the same tone of voice.  Might be a warning sign???

I snuck away from work on Wednesday afternoon  to catch the MET's French Painters show at HMFA.  It was definitely worth it.  Granted a majority of these artists' most well-known stuff is at Musee D'Orsay (sigh) and the Louvre (double sigh), but it was still really cool to see their art work (this one painting of Joan of Arc literally took my breath away).  Let's all plan a trip to New York and Paris and really see the art.  Any takers?

I'm really excited about seeing everyone next weekend.  It's going to be so much fun.  A little sad, but way more fun.  I'm looking forward to seeing Brad's parents too....is that strange?

Since I see my friend Jennifer from high school a lot too, we've both gone into Harry Potter overdrive.  So excited about the movie and the book.  I'm lame, but I don't care.  Also, watch Potter Puppet Pals on YouTube.  Hi-larious.

I also bought the cutest bathing suit.  I'm really excited about that too.
