Knitting update

Am now 48 rows done with the piece of knitting I had to completely frog the other day. Had to tink most of the first row where counting mattered, because I accidentally cast on 47 instead of 45. Easy fix, fortunately, once I realized. Also had to do that awesome drop-stitch-and-retrieve-with-crochet-hook thing risiko mentioned in the earlier post. Several times. And I'll need to do it again, it seems. Not sure how I keep getting confused, but, eh, at least I know The Secret now (and thank goodness, because mistakes would have driven me nuts, and I'd inevitably have screwed up tinking multiple rows and had to redo the 2k+ stitches thus far).

All in all... not bad. Ends are much neater, stitches on the whole more regular. I may have this knitting thing figured out. Pics and details when the pattern is complete.
