What, really?
So, I was thinking I might write an entry about having just made a post to cololnials, as some of you have friended me long after the last time the community was active. Particularly, I was going to comment on how weird it was to look at the community after all this time, and see nearly a hundred people watching it, even though it's dead, and realize I'm friends with only nine of them. This is some random joke I created on a lark, after all. Weird stuff.
But then something far more pressing arose. I discovered a grave injustice, y'see. I've had a paid account for a year now, and, as you've seen, I often bitch about things like webdesign, Internet security, programming, computers in general... I mean, I have a degree in this stuff, after all. But you know what I don't have? A single techie LJ icon. I've just never seen one that grabbed me, and I've got no idea what I'd crop one from even if I wanted to. Any suggestions? I will begin ignoring them... now.
