Oh, the pain...
Let me preface this with the fact that I am a pain wuss. When I am sick, I don't like a lot of care and I don't complain too much. When I am in pain, though, I am very aware of it and really tend to feel it. I don't look for coddling, I just like to sit and try to feel better.
So, this morning, I went to the doctor's office to have some minor surgery done on my toe. The procedure went fine and everything was ok tille the lidocaine wore off. I think it actually wore off a bit too quickly, actually. The doctor prescribed some percocet, though, and I am waiting for that to kick in right now. I think that I am just going to take the day off and work from home.
