This is brilliant and wonderful and sweet and hot. My favorite part is the mislaid forms. Even though it doesn't quite make sense. Like, wouldn't it be against a...regulation, or something? And then...the form documents...violations? But it gets mislaid? That's too drawn out, though.

Anyway, lovely, breaking Tony's brain an excellent bonus.
