It's true that I've gotten spam that was technically funnier due to wacky Engrish grammar construction and inappropriate genital enhancement promises, but the concept of this one makes it the winner. I can't stop laughing at the idea of someone with $48 million having colon cancer that has "defied all forms of medical treatment" for seven years.
Also, I think the name 'Gutttenberg Frost' belongs in a novel.
