ATTN People: I HATE YOU
Your cat is roaming the parking lot of my apartment complex. It has a growing bloody abcess on its belly. More than likely, it will die from this infection or be run over. I put a collar with a note on her, telling you to take her to the vet and put an ID tag on her or I will take her to the pound where she will be put to sleep. You are probably too stupid to read it, or too selfish to take care of your pet. If I find out who you are I swear to god I'm going to do something bad to you.
