WTF, Wal-Mart. Four years, excellent attendance with only one non-weather related string of absences, but now, "Oh, you need to get a Leave of Absence form and fill it out and get it to the Store Manager, or when you come back, you're fired. You need the form because you've been gone more than 3 days."
