Well, that was interesting. I'm not a fan of the slight undertone of the relationship going on here but I still enjoyed it. That whumpping factor outweighs that by far! Very fine and thanks for writing it!

Much as I hope true love wins out, Carson does have a point there. What will Caldwell do when he finds out? He may not officially be able to "ask", but he could probably find a way to get Shep into real trouble if he put his mind to it.

On the other hand, if Carson monitors John back in his quarters, who's to say he's being anything other than a dedicated doc? It's not something your average primary care provider would do, but Carson's not your average primary care provider. :-)
