Pairings/Characters you’ll beta for Clex, Chlex, Clois. I have the most experience reading Clex though, so a Clex fic might be the best fit for me.
Is there any type of fiction you would prefer to avoid beta'ing? fics involving non cons. They majorly squick me out. Also, fics involving main characters being sent to mental asylums. If it's mentioned in passing, I'm fine, but if they stay there for an extended period of time and it's made the focus of the fic, it bothers me. I found season three of Smallville to be really, really triggering.
What are your strengths as a beta reader? proof reading and grammar, making sure something reads coherently, fact checking (I don't mind re-watching certain episodes if you need help remembering how something played out), and finding plot holes
What kind of turn around time can someone expect from you? Honestly? I'm not entirely sure. I'm new to beta reading, but I know I have the skill set to do it (a skill set I would like to hone even further), and I'd really like to give it a try. I read fairly quickly, but it might take me longer to go in and make edits.
