Each day is a blessing.
I can't believe how fast this semester is going and that it's almost over. Two days away is National Patrick...I mean, Thanksgiving. I am looking forward to it. It will be nice not having to worry about school work, and my own bed seems very attractive. I will miss it up here in the dorm though. Granted, I only live a hop, skip, and a jump away..that's still not the point. Spending time with the family will be nice too. We don't get that much long of a break and I'm going to try my best to see old friends from H.S as much as possible. I know there is a small get together after the holiday. It should be fun catching up and what not.
So what's been going on with my life?
Well, I feel like I'm starting to get my studies under control. I'm making the initiative with math to get help. I passed my last exam which is good and I'm going to continue to get help in math so I can understand the subject and pass and all that good jazz.
Last night I went to Rochester with Dre to hang out with the Rochester RD people. It was an alright time. It was cool seeing Sarah, and that's about it. The other people there were extremely rude and I have a feeling that's the last time I'll be there..for a long time at least. So on our way home, back to Syracuse and we were killing that Disney CD. And like any tradition, whenever either of us do well in a Raw Deal tourny, we go to Krispy Kream and get New-York cheese cake donuts. We get to to K.K and the place is closed. Oh, both Andre and I were heated. Both extremely mad. The PPV we watched in Rochester wasn't that good, and then no New York Cheese Cake...LAME. So we're driving, that Disney is still the shit. Both of us get thirsty and decide to get at that first rest stop. So while there, a lot of people from the Fall Out Boy concert decided it was cool to stop there as well. So Dre gets something to drink and we're about to leave...and I see Meg! (friend who took me to her junior prom back in '05) It was great seeing her, and we caught up for a little bit. Granted, the girl looked exhausted and was in great need of caffeine. So we shot the breeze and all that we then Dre and I hit the highway again. I told him how her and I met and all that jazz. Seeing Sarah was really nice, but seeing Meg again was really cool too. I didn't see that one coming either. Small world, huh?
So what else is going on?
Everyone is home from college. So I hope to see people this week and chill. It will give me a chance to relax. On another note...Raw Deal is done making product. So the game is dead..sucks but..hopefully it will pick back up. It's a fun hobby and it's something to do.
So tomorrow, I'm heading out of the dorms for the break, for a few days, tomorrow at 6:00P. I will get home and unpack the little clothes I'm bringing home and then head to Bellvue and lift, then hit the steam room. I been doing that whole working out thing for the past week and I'm enjoying it a lot. I will keep it up and hopefully see some progress. Who knows?
Alright, I don't think I've let anything out, I don't think. I will lay in bed, read...or go next door and chill with all them for a bit then get some sleep.
