what i find very funny is all the girls in the birmingham area who are starting to become obsessed with the emo scene. Now? How old are we honestly? Yeah i liked that music when i was like 13 and 14 (i was a completly different person i'd say) I find it in all honesty a bit immature. Sing about something with meaning. Something that matters to you, the bands putting the message out. Who wants cleche girls with emo haircuts following them about town, smoking ciggs, sulking around. I would like to take this time to bash everyone who says "Me and my indie band are playing a show, you should come." Oh.....ok so you and your emo band are crying in some coffee shop, whinning about some fake girl in every single song. "i can't go on burn the masses, im burning your pictures im crying, oh death, oh its terrible!!! Terrrible."

Lets do it the right way here people. Lets not make it so evident to everyone. The song should have hidden and personal meaning to you, the song should not be about getting attention bc your lonely, it should be about expressing how you feel in an adult manner.
