We've come up with several prompts per fandom (some general, some pairing focused). WARNING: There ARE some spoilers for some of these fandoms' most recent seasons!
Being Human
* What if Annie actually went through her door at the end of season one?
* What if George was the vampire, Mitchell the ghost and Annie the werewolf?
* What if it was a group of werewolves trying to change people rather than the vampires?
Castle
* An obessed fan starts stalking Castle and the Mayor wants Beckett to keep him safe.
* Castle's apartment is broken into, and Beckett and the guys start investigating right away, though Castle tries to talk them out of it and claims nothing is missing. But he's hiding something, and as they investigate more and more of Castle's past makes its reappearance in the present.
* What if Castle was the cop and Beckett the novelist?
* Castle's daughter is kidnapped and the kidnapper sends Castle an envelope with a lock of her hair and a ransom note telling him not to involve the police. Castle does as he's told but when he makes the ransom drop, no one shows up and Alexis is still missing. Now Beckett and her team must rush to find Alexis before its too late and before Castle does something stupid.
Chronicles of Riddick
* What happens after the third movie ends?
* What if Vaako had been the one to kill Lord Marshal?
* What if Jack/Kyra went with Riddick at the end of 'Pitch Black'?
* What lies beyond the threshold?
* Some view conversion as a curse, some an opportunity. What will it be for Riddick?
Dark Angel
* What happened post season two?
* Alternate Universe - What if Alec had been the one to escape first, finding his way to Logan, instead of Max?
* What if The Pulse had never happened?
The Dead Zone
* Johnny gets committed to a mental hospital after a debilitating vision in public. Can he convince them he's not crazy, he's psychic, or will he be stuck eating green jello with a plastic spoon for the rest of his life?
* What if Walt and Sarah never got married?
* What if Walt had lived?
Eureka
* How would things have been different had Nathan Stark not died?
* Jack is actually a genius but doesn't want anyone to know
* What if, in the alternate timeline, Jack was actually married to Nathan instead of Allison?
* What if Jack had never been "promoted" to Sheriff of Eureka? Would he have eventually ended up back there anyway?
* Nathan has died, saving Eureka, what if Jack isn't willing to let him go and finds a prototype at Global that allows one to move through alternate unvierses where he finds 'another' Nathan to bring back to Eureka?
* Nathan, knowing how dangerous his work was at Global, built a fail-safe of sorts that, if he should die, the fail-safe clones him, personality/memories and all, only it takes longer than he anticipated and he "comes back" two years after his "death" to find that he's a father, that Allison has married someone else and that Jack had actually been in love with him.
* Jack accidentally activates a device that has he and Nathan able to hear each other's thoughts.

* What if Brendan was the one with the telepathic abilities?
* What if Brendan had been the agent trying to recruit Emmett's help?
* What if David Worth was the one that survived the Cube and Alex DeMouy is the journalist he tells his story to?
Primeval
* How would things have been different if Stephen and/or Nick hadn't died?
* What happened post season three?
* What if Helen had managed to clone someone (Stephen? Nick?) and have the clone retain the person's personality and memories?
* What if Claudia Brown hadn't been replaced by Jenny Lewis?
Psych
* Lassiter finds out the truth about Shawn
* What if Shawn really was Psychic?
* A serial killer is on the loose in Santa Barbara and has his/her sights set on Lassiter, will Shawn be able to save him or will Lassiter be the serial killer's final victim?
* Lassiter enlists the help of Shawn and Gus, putting them undercover in a company office to investigate a string of mysterious disappearances. Gus is convinced that Lassiter is hoping they're going to disappear too, but Shawn wants to prove himself to Lassiter by figuring it out. It would be a lot easier to do if he didn't keep getting promoted to bigger offices, while Gus toils away in his cubicle.
Pushing Daisies
* What happens post season two?
* The news breaks that The Lonely Tourist Charlotte Charles is alive and well, and Ned is faced with unwanted attention as people try and figure out how.
* Ned's 'gift' is temporarily transfered to Olive (or one of the other characters).
* Ned and company meet someone else that has the same 'gift' as Ned, what happens?
