[Where or whenever she is, Alice is still true to her faith. So on Sunday morning, she got her drone children out of bed, made them a good breakfast and had them put on their Sunday best. This family is going to church. She also made sure to invite her not!husband, but won't push the subject if he isn't interested.

[Lancer did not actually want to be here. At all. But he hadn't seen the droned Kotomine yet in his time here, and it was beginning to irritate him. He wanted to make sure the priest was in fact a drone, just to be certain. After all, he didn't trust Kirei Kotomine as far as he could throw him--and at the moment, that wasn't far.]

It's just that the sermon seemed a bit... odd. Very bland...

I suppose the priest is one of those drones. But the church itself seems to have a strong holy aura...

The priest is definitely a drone.

[He said it to himself as much as her, eyes locked on the droned Kotomine. Was he smiling? Creepy.]

But not everyone around this place is. One in particular decided to sanctify the area for whatever reason.

I guess there's some situation where it'll probably be useful. Though most modern religions aren't exactly my preference, hopefully it'll serve some purpose eventually.

Sure it does. But gods and goddesses alike tend to be trouble--if I'm going to have faith in something, I'd rather have faith in myself.
