“Your turn”, she said and placed three fat-low potato chips in the middle of the table.
Bart looked to the gathered pile of junk food in disgust and then returned his gaze to his cards. “I’ll take your paper-tasting potato chips and add one fatty and oil dripping yum yum burrito from Joe’s down the street.”
Victor raised his gaze from his cards and glared at Bart “We agreed to use nothing that makes a mess I wouldn’t get out of the table cloth.” It was after all his turn to clean up afterwards.
“Well, I voted to get rid of the table cloth before we started.”
Oliver who had been silently watching the others lowered his cards and glared at Bart “Using it as a toga and try to impress Watchtower with your physique is not the right way to put away the table cloth!”
Bart smirked evilly and whispered “Not like you couldn’t afford another one!”
A.C. jumped up from his seat and threw his cards on the table before yelling in excitement “I won! I won!”
Chloe, who sat next to him, took a good look at his cards before telling him amused “We agreed to no cheating!”
In a mock-outraged voice he started with “I didn’t …!”
“Save it, fish-boy! There are dolphins on the backside of your cards!” Victor emphasised by waving the cards in front of him.
“Really A.C. I am disappointed!” Oliver said before Bart added “Yeah, fish-man. Next time try to use at least the same deck of cards we’re playing with!”
A.C. looked down on his cards and sighed “At least Boy-scout isn’t here. He’d lecture me for hours on how immoral cheating would be…”
Chloe chuckled before slipping on fat-reduced potato chip into her mouth. Making a face of disgust she agreed with Bart. They really tasted like paper.
They are really funny together… Even when doing something that is absolutely normal… Love all of the boys just the same… *big-grin*
