Lisa: Thank you
Laura: Yes
Tasha: Me too! I've got some great stuff picked out!
TonyG: Thanks man, and as for unexplored territories, I'm stifiling my louis and clark instincts for a little drew time, you know, searching the uncharted maps of the mind.
So I am seriously contemplating a minor career as a folk song writer, you know after school, before being a merch guy and also before working in a record store.
My mother is awesome. Today I received a V-day box filled with numurouse pink and red goodies. But the true greatness came with the opening of a long rectangular box. And there they were,in all their glory, a fresh box of Zebra Cakes. Mmmmmm, zebra cakes. Those of you who have known me since 6th grade know my obsession with these tiny cream filled cakes. I havn't had them in years, and I must say the smile on my face is quite genuine.
I would like to speak of the importance of fun. Enjoying life is really the only thing we can do to stick it to the man, rules, school, everything. To say, "I'm not even gonna say fuck you, I'm just gonna have fun" is a great feeling. I highly recomend it. (And you can start by listening to Sub Rosa Radio every Tues and Thurs at 9/8c/6p on www.suffolk.edu/radio - tonight:: Sub Rosa Radios post-v-day fiesta, tune in to be rocked)
Why do I speak of fun you ask? Well, personal experience of corse. I would be lieing if I said I lived a life of fun the past few weeks. Actually its been pretty fuckin painfull. But you know what, I learned more about myself and the world around while in pain, than I ever do actaully enjoying life. A friend of mine is hating life right now, and I know exaclty how she feels, life can truly kick you in the balls, trust me, i know. But if you can emprace the pain, and learn from it, then in a weird way, your enjoying yourself. At least when I learn about myself, a small smile creeps across my face, even if im knee deep in emotional plasma.
But enough of that, its time to partake in one of my favorite activities, Top 5's.
Feel free to express your list as well, I love Top 5's, and would love to read your lists.
